On the Create screen, the 
hover allows you to search for dotScrap items located on the LumaPix server (all users) or for items on your system that have been categorized or keyworded in the Organizer (Enhanced, Extreme only)
Click on the 
button to expand the search options:
Type in any keyword -- if you wish -- to help you locate an item.
This can include colors, themes, file names or dotScrap id numbers.
The TYPE section allows you to further refine what you are searching for -- for instance, mattes, kits or templates, papers or smart frames.
The PUBLISHER section shows who has made the content.
Rating will allow you to find items of a particular quality. For instance, Enhanced and Extreme users may choose to rate their images in the FotoFusion Organizer to find the better quality images more quickly.
You can also look for items only on your local system (My DATABASE), on the LumaPix server, and/or in an active kit.
Use these options in combination to broaden or restrict your search accordingly.
For instance...
A search for PAPERS tagged with "green" yields several results:
Whereas a search for ALL CONTENT tagged with "green" yields many more results:
The Search groups can be expanded and contracted by clicking on the title bar.
You will notice that the Search hovers contains tabs to differentiates among the ownership status of the available graphics.
| • | FREE: content that is bundled with your license that is located on the LumaPix server. |
| • | PREMIUM: unpurchased content that is located on the LumaPix server. You will need to purchase the content with dotScrap credits to render without watermarks. |
| • | PURCHASED: content that you have already purchased, that is also located on the LumaPix server. |
| • | MINE: images that are located on your local drive, either in a C:\Program Files\LumaPix\FotoFusion subdirectory (eg. tiles, mattes) or items you have keyworded/categorized yourself (Enhanced, Extreme users only). |
To launch the Search results onto your canvas...
| • | Individual graphics: drag the thumbnails directly onto your canvas. |
| • | Kits: double click to launch the KIT PREVIEW, then drag the thumbnails onto the canvas. |
| • | Projects, Templates, Ready-Made Pages, and Page Layout Guides: Double click on the thumbnail to launch the project onto the Canvas. |
To save a search as a permanent search hover, click on the >> icon at the top of the hover, and select "Create New." Give the search hover a name -- it will become available to show in any of the three hover docks by clicking on the + button in the dock.
